MONEY DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT CONSENT

I applied for a loan with Wentworth Direct Finance and before they even approved my application, £59 was taken out of my account without my consent. I haven't heard from them eversince and no loan was approved or granted. Have been trying to contact them to no success.
