Unauthorised payments

Have spotted that I, too, have been caught by this 'scam'!!! How many others, unwittingly also?? I vaguely seem to remember being 'had' by some online promise of a £15 discount on shopping goods- or something similar. I have to say that I am sending this email in the early hours of a Sunday morning, so haven't yet attempted to contact this outfit. all I can do is to echo the comments made already that i find myself having been credit card debited on the 27th of every month since (and including!) December in the sum of £10.00.

I was unaware that I had ever signed up for any debit whatsoever on any monthly basis - and am totally shocked that this is happening!!

Have I got any rights in law to be reimbursed for my credit card losses (if such they be, having not yet managed to contact 'shoppingdiscounts.co.uk') by my bank?

Bear in mind that I am emailing this on a Sunday, as already stated, and have not yet had any opportunity to take this matter further in the 'working week'.Meanwhile, i'm clearly not the only person to be 'conned'. What can be done to stop others - and to stop these folk making a mint??
