Takin money from account with out getting me a secure loan as promised

I chose to go to loanfinder uk to find me a loan as i have been reccomended from a few friends when i visted the site it PROMISED me a secure loan between 300 and 500 pound. Ive never recieved the loan but they have taken money out of my account even tho payment was never recieved!! i am absolutley disgusted!! i am a single parent and simply cannpot afford to lose such a large some of my income!!
