£10 taken out my account for 3 months

I have noticed that there has been £10 pound taking out of my account each month for 3 months, i have been into my bank and they said that the payment is a debit card payment, i have not signed up for anything and i have not authorised for these payments. I would like a full refund of the money that has been taken.
