I was received a message on my mobile that your number has winning 300, 00 bithin pounds via draw held at United Kingdom. The mode of payment is to pay 320 pounds through Westron Union in the name of address given above at ser 3 for release of fund through parcel.

I want to clear that if they are true and also paid the insurance money of 1250 pounds and administrative charges of 210 pounds, why they are demanding 320 pounds through Westron Union as courier charges?

Please explain the way to confirm that it is a fruadulant case or otherwise?
