Iordered the 14 day RISK FREE TRIAL! 2/10/09

Iwas supposed to only pay postage of £3.95 for one product and 0.95 for the other.

at no time noticed the terms and conditions!

received a confirmation receipt from site.

received products about 1 week later, started tablets but became sick so stopped taking them, then started with heomorroid! not nice at all!

on 21/10/09 £75.05 for each product= toatal £150.10 plus £1.50 bank charge for each product was taken from my bank account!!

I have cancelled the products, been given a cancellation number.

closed my bank account completely.

when i realised who had taken the money the bank have passed it over to the fraud dept to investigate.

when i contacted the global well being i got a very unhelpful agent who wasnt interested to listen to what i had to say.

all i got from her was a lecture about the terms and conditions!

I explained how the website is set up to sell- miss sell- the terms and conditions are tucked away at the very bottom of the page wher no one really looks!

I am totally disgusted with it all.

I am a single parent who cant afford this scam!

never again will i shop on line!
