UNAUTHORISED DEDUCTIONS

Further to my phone call of 15/10 I would like confirmation by e-mail of a verbal agreement to refund the £10 monthly deductions taken from my credit card since May.

I was told the money would be refunded to my card as of course you have the number.

I hope there will not be too much of a delay while you do this.
