via Mr. paul and now Mr. paul is saying that you have to pay 420 or 35, 000 INR into the account which will be send to me by the diplomat for clearing of my consignment from the custom duties in india and any locak V.A.T that may arise in INDIA before he proceed to my house... why I should pay this charges as this is a huge amount It can be cut off from my award or prizes and the rest of the amount should be tranfer to my account after prior investigation and verification...
