I was promised a loan of £1000.00

they took £59.00 from my bank

received letter asking for wage slips and a bill to prove my ID

i send all paperwork and still have not received a reply it is 15/09/10

and sent paperwork of 30/07/10 7 weeks ago

i wish to cancel all loan applications and apply for a refund
