Taking money of my credit card

This is ridiculous, stealing someone hard earned money, how can i get my money back, i never signed membership with them, i called the so called shoppers discount over the phone its only automated voice, even the bank or the card company weren't helpful in this matter, shame on them, is it safe anymore to use the credit cards for shopping, what a nightmare.
