Clicked on an email which had been sent to me, then directed me to money matters credit report to check my credit report on a free trial so had to put my bank details in to view the report, 10days later i noticed £39.90 had been taken out of my account i then rang my bank they then told me £19.95 was for money matters a credit report & a further £19.95 was for rewards now, they are both linked. i explained to them i was a trial and told them i wanted to reclaim my money back they saidthey couldnt do that and that i needed to ring the companys my self and gave me the number. i then rang them & was told i'm ot allowed to claim my money back as its subscription fees, i have also emailed them and been told the same i then replied this is a con and rip off as this service isnt beneficial at all as i checked it out. so basically paid for a so called service that im far from happy with for nothing at the end of the day i dont any shops/services that dont offer a refund if not happy with whats been offered it should not be allowed as its daylight robbery. how can i reclaim what i paid.
