Unauthorised charge to my account

Saw an advertisement on the net (Google Profit House) offering information on how to make money through the Internet for free! but just to pay a handling charge of $1 but then found 4 days later another charge of $84.84 was debited from my account under the name of >XMHEALTH&BEAUTY< and to top it off have not even recieved the package to my address! So no im not happy at all but are prepared to treat this as fraud if I do not recieve a refund in full!
