Tricksters - Pushy salespersons

This company is threatening to issue an CCJ against my company for failing to pay an invoice to them for advertising costs that we never ordered from pushy salesperson offering a trial period by way of telephone call.
I am completely disgusted at the way these people try to falsely make people pay for a very poor service and the way that we are being lied too.
