Offers and out of date stock

Every time I try to buy something from the monthly offer sheet 'Best one- Amazing Value) the staff try to charge you full price for the items and insist that the offers do not apply. Even when showing the offer sheet proving the price on offer, they still insist on charging you full price. Also, they have a lot of stock out of date. when you tell them the stock is out of date, the next time you go in the shop the out of date items you have told them about are still on the shelves. And most of the staff are rude and unhelpful.
