A paper advert says ' Digital Tv from 15.50 a month, No Virgin or Bt line required' but when i enquired they said as i was not in the area for their fibre optic cables then i was unable to recieve. Surely this means that their Virgin lines are required, whether it be fibre optic or any other lines. ...
