The Coral Lake and Beach Resort, being run by Bric-investment.com is a total scam. They have stolen many peoples money before they changed the name from Coral Beach- Venturis International, to The Coral Lake and Beach Resort - Bric-Investment. click on the link below. They told us it was a resort, and we sent our money but we never got the title for the land and now Dees Poppeliers said "It is nothing to do with me" BUT your partner stole our money, and you are still selling this land to other people???

Sam Rogers was involved in the original scam at Venturis International and when everyone started to realize they were ripped off he changed the name and moved location.
Dees poppliers is now involved as a new scam partner and he knows very well that the land is worthless scrubland. His official comment to all the scammed investors is " Sam no longer works for the company" but last week his office said "Oh Sam is in Dubai this week, please call back next week" The are scamming together. Sam Rogers was well known at many Real Estate companies down in Spain for his scamming practices.
The Police in the UK have been informed by several of us making statements and charges and a large investigation is now underway.
The Local Brazil Tourist Government is also making an investigation i was told by one of the other ripped off clients. So i will keep this website informed. He was in Brazil and has filed complaints there.
To anyone who is about to buy, STAY AWAY. NO LICENSES. THEY DONT OWN THE LAND AND THEY HAVE NO INTENTION OF DELIVERY. NIO ROAD EXCESS. SCAM SCAM SCAM Many of us are trying to Embargo the land now using several lawyers in Brazil, a class action law suit.
