I strongly suspect if I respond will receive a request for identification as well as a sum of money to process the transaction.
The fact that this individual feels obliged to provide personal information in an email, (Wife three children, etc), is highly suspect, as I deal with attorneys quite frequently and have never encountered such a scenario. I wish to inform others of this scam and hope unsuspecting innocents don't fall victim.
