I joined by phone and was not able to gain access to the site. I tried multiple times to contact them both via e-mail to the site and via message to the billing company and received no response whatsoever

I attempted to join this website via telephone, which I've done on numerous occassions for different web sites w/ no problem.

I called the number and got my password and user words (numbers), and when I tried to log-on to the site, I got sent to some area where hundreds of other sites were offered, but not the one I was joining.

I left this area and went straight to the site's home page and tried to log-on. I was denied access into the site.

I tried e-mailing the site via their contact point (of course no address was offered) and was greeted w/ how anxious they are to be contacted.

They obviously don't want to be contacted about any problems, because after I sent them 3 e-mails, they never sent back any kind of response whatsoever.

I tried to contact the phone biller (they too, have a contact point, but no address or phone number), they of course have not bothered to contact me back as well.

I suppose this is how the British conduct their business. No wonder they still have a king and queen in the year 2006.
