When I was searching online for good prep material to prepare for my CCNA 640-802 exam. I came across Pass4Sure.com. Pass4Sure.com seemed to be very good because it offered a refund if I failed my exam. Also, I seen a lot of reviews in which I believe now that they have made up probably because I ended up failing the 640-802 exam using Pass4Sure.com study material.
So, according to the guarantee Pass4Sure.com offers, I emailed them stating I would like a refund because I failed my exam. I gave them all the necessary information that they needed according to Pass4Sure.com Guarantee policy. So, I emailed Pass4Sure.com on April/30, May/3, May/6, May/13, June/15, July/15 and I have not received any response from Pass4Sure.com.
I would like everyone to know that Pass4Sure.com is a scam. If they have done this to me, I am sure they had done this to everyone who fails an exam using there material. Pass4Sure.com does not refund if you fail, this is a scam!!! Also, there Questions are garbage and most of the answers to the questions are incorrect. I also found another post on a similar issue. After looking up there address which is FreeTech Services Limited, 66 Corporation Road, Zip Code: CF11 7AW. I found that this is not actually there office. It seems there are a bunch of businesses using this address and they probably don't even have an office there. I tried calling them but there is no number in which I can get ahold of anyone. They also have live chat on there website but they keep on closing there live chat when I want to speak to them. Anyway, I feel cheated. I just wanted to let the public know that Pass4Sure.com is a scam!!! Scammers!!!
